Yes, as well as physical therapy both of which have seemed to have low positive results for me about 10 years ago. So usually just gave up especially since it was money that seemed I was just Throwing away. ...

That has been my thoughts over the past few years up until I recently discovered in my area there is a specialty chiropractic center which specifically focuses on the cervical areas of my neck, and shoulders and the results have been absolutely mind blowing.

I had never knew specialty chiropractors existed until now and I am glad that I bit the bullet of skepticism and decided to take another go

Yes ,was not a good experience for me ,I have arthritis as well as fibromyalgia and it seemed to aggravate my joints and made my pain worse.😢

I spent several years going to an osteopath, who combined several forms of treatment, like massage and manipulation. It was the only thing that made it possible for me to keep working full-time.

His biggest focus, though, was teaching me to manage my condition, not to become dependent on any form of treatment. He had a very holistic view of health. He was the one who put me onto magnesium and vitamin D supplements, which make a lot of difference.

I only stopped going to him altogether when I left the country!

I also did not have a great experience. I have arthritis and after 3-4 sessions I could no longer sit, stand or lay down without constant pain. I told him I was getting worse and the pain was intolerable. He said "I've been doing this for 17 years and that has never happened. I know what I'm doing." To which I replied "I have had this body for 54 years and when I'm telling you I'm in more pain then I know what I'm talking about." And walked out of his office.
Lots of people swear they feel better after seeing a chiropractor but for me wasn't so. Hope this helps.
