Prozac helps with depression but I can't see where it would help with fatigue. It might help with pain to a degree because it helps with the depression. These are just my thoughts on it, I really have no idea. Good luck

I would like to know this too. I have a friend who took it for depression, and it helped her a great deal. She said she would not be alive today without it. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful regarding the pain aspect. Hugs sweetie. 🤗🌹

I have been on Prozac for 20 years and I really don't notice any change in my Fibro flares. I still hurt severely.

I have not used it to my recollection. Can only say that no two people will have the same outcome from the same medicine, so, I don't really know.

I have never taken Prozac. I would be interested in the answers that you get. :)
