Usually when my pain gets this bad nothing helps so I focus on not getting to that point. I hope you find something that helps you
I stop because for me it creates a cycle.
The more frustrated and angry I feel about my body and situation, the more I'm perpetuating my symptoms and pain.
If u can, break the cycle of negative thoughts by doing nice things for yourself- or get someone to do it for you!
I make a piece of time for myself and say to myself - Right! This is my therapy time! I dim the lights, play some relaxing music, light inscence, have a bath if i can, take some pain relief ( I'm not going to lie!) and go to bed.
At the very least, i've had a nice evening.

Take a break is not the body working against you is telling you to slow down. You no longer the same as before. I learned the hard way.
I put on my weighted blanket and warm blanket under my back and sleep or lay down watch funny movies. Or belt classic songs with my daughters lol.
Also, epsom bath salts helps as well as magnesium supplements
