Has anyone had experience with floating ( I think that's what it's called) ?

It's total sensory deprivation while you are floating in ten inches of water with 800 pounds of Epsom salts. I have read articles and have done it once but have not spoken to anyone else that's tried it who has fibromyalgia.

Floating is a new therapy. I don't know all of the specifics, but you get into a tub full of epsom salt water. So much salt that you don't have to hold yourself up, the salt keeps you afloat. It's supposed to be super-relaxing and has been shown to help with different aches and pains.
