Does anyone feel like amytriptyline had works for your fibromyalgia pain i just restarted as the doc upped my dose ao tjought i would give it another shot. Makes me feel sleepy so i wouldnt know as i take it at night . Daytime pain still there though

I was taking 50 mg 2 times a day and I don't like the way it makes me feel it just makes you so tired the day I'm taking it to sleep and for depression

Definitely take it at night it will make u very tired n it takes time to build up in ur system. I'm on it n it helps. It's not a pain pill so it won't work Like that but it will help

My pain management i had in Florida when i lived there had given me the med amatryptaline, however i took one dose and was severlt allergic to it. I had paid 212.00 for the med so i was butt out on my money.

I sure hope it doesn't mess with my memory..its bad enough. I only take 10mg though.

I am taking Nortriptylline 75 MG. I take it at night because it does cause sleepiness. I have gone off of Lyrica and feel that the Nortriptylline is helping with some of the pain. Good luck.
