I have been taking topiramate 2 25mg two times a day for my nerves for year's and I have loss weight but I didn't ask the Dr . I have loss about 60 pounds in 3 months he wants me to do blood work but I don't have the money . I just went to him and found out that I have agoraphobia he said I have had it for year's I have filed from my SSI because of my fibromyalgia plus I have other problem . Hugs and prayers

I have been taking it for years. I'm not sure if it causes weight loss because I am taking a lot of other medicine too but something is definitely causing me to have less of an appetite which is good I need that I was just eating a lot and not feeling full It helps with my Migraines which is why I take it so I'm very happy with it
