Well done Mary I have never had to diet in my life as I was always between a size8 10 stopped smoking and been a size twelve for a good few years but now I'm going into a fourteen it just seems to have come on me very quickly which is making me wonder if it's the duloxetene causing it xx

I take 90mgs at night.
No problems with weight gain.
Some weight loss initially.
Helps me sleep for a couple of hours.
I get very thirsty with it
