I have always had the thin and can eat whatever without gaining weight until I was out on steroids and became overweight, since I was taken off them I have shed the pounds like a snake sheds skin (sorry for the gross analogy couldn't think of anything else) I then was able to maintain a healthy weight but now I am back to losing weight. Members rallied around someone experiencing unexpected weight loss, with nearly everyone urging them to get their thyroid checked by an endocrinologist, as hyperthyroidism can cause rapid weight loss while hypothyroidism often causes weight gain. Several members also suggested checking blood sugar levels for diabetes, considering major stress or depression as possible factors, and getting comprehensive bloodwork done to rule out underlying conditions. A recurring theme was that fibromyalgia can cause unpredictable weight fluctuations, and many members encouraged the poster to try not to stress about it, as anxiety itself can worsen the issue.

Have you had your thyroid checked? Hyperthyroid can make you loose weight at a fast rate. Also, have you checked your blood sugar and is there a history of diabetes in your family? I would start there.
Sorry, it's the nurse in me.
One last thought. Are you going through any kind of major stress or depression? Any of the things I mentioned can really effect your weight.
I hope you can figure it out soon.

Didn't read all the answers but did anyone suggest that you have your thyroid checked? That could be part of the problem as other diseases. So make sure you get it all checked. out.
