What Are Your Unusual New Or Old Symptoms
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

It never ceases to amaze me of symptoms that make no sense. So I am looking for a list that we are able to share. The one that got me was my hair hurt. I could barely brush my hair. Even to touch was like razors a fybro symptom.

My toes have been getting number and my ankles are hurting and give way at times. Costochondritis, headaches, IBS, increased fatigue, and turning into a hermit.

That I can hear the littlest of noise like tapping n it drives me nuts but can't hear someone talking if there's any other noise around

My sense of smell has heightened, and my teeth are very sensitive.

Vulvodynia. That's right. Vulvodynia is pain in the vaginal, vulva, netheryeah region. Took years to figure out. And I found out by myself. Went through CT's, ultrasounds, D&C's, you name it. Well, you can't name because at the time, no one knew what it was. This is what it feels like, in no particular order:
1. You're giving birth to a cannon ball, with no lube.
2. you feel like your tubes are tying themselves in a knot
3. are you getting a UTI
4. are you getting a yeast infection
5. who put that cob of corn in my hoo hoo
6 did the friction of my thighs rubbing together set my "hair" on fire?
7. Brazilian wax, from the inside out
8 replace cannon ball with watermelon

You probably get the idea.
Even if no one else has it, at least you learned a new term.
But, surprisingly, it is on the fibroh-oh symptom list.

Hugs all 'round.
MJ

Love your answers. Really would love to see an add on TV for fybro that includes all of these symptoms. And all doctors should have this list.
