Hot shower, then climb under the covers with an over sized heating pad on my back shoulders and rear end

@A MyFibroTeam Member & @A MyFibroTeam Member Get a new doctor! You can't just live on muscle relaxers! Rhuematologist (sp) don't believe us either but you need something for the pain, maybe even home remedies! If you can stand heat, try hot baths, showers, heating pad, anti-inflammatory diet alternative medicine. Somethings!
My mom goes through her pain meds too fast so she goes thru this all the time.

I try and take my mind away from my body through music. I also will use heating pads, take a very hot bath and pray.

I went to amazon & ordered the neck one & 3 mats because they are only 2 ft long & I want to be able to feel it all over. I am 5'2". They will arrive on nov 30th. The reviews were very good from over a thousand people. As for pain pills, we are lucky if they take the edge off our pain & I am always researching other ways to help myself.

I have a tens unit and one side is for muscle and the other is nerve. I love my unit and you can buy them off amazon and most docs will write a script for it esp if you are a chronic pain sufferer
