With plaquenil, make sure you get your eyes tested, it can cause color blindness. A nurse told me this, the first color to lose is red. I took that drug with methotrexate for 6 yrs, had to get my eyes tested every 6 mo.

I said where did the lupus go... they had no answer but said they don't see that only fibro....take care

I have been diagnosed with fibro for years but my cousin has lupus when I asked my pain management dr about this he told me that with the symptoms I have my diagnosis of fibro is what he would have given to me if I was a new patient of his.
