I use the actual leaf in tea or soups.. It helps me to relax and the spasms are lessened. Also helps with the nausea I have every morning when I wake after a restless night.

I tried Charlottes Web for about 3 weeks. I didn't like the taste so it took awhile to realize that I could just put it in something and have a spoonful...much be tier than drinking it. I may try this again, but right now I am counting pennies. My husband's, cousins' wife had great help with this. It is awesome that it keeps you pain free, but not so great that you can't sleep.
