This is a relatively new symptom. I am quite sure it is the fibromyalgia. I just wondered if anyone else had this pain too

Members widely related to the experience of pain between the shoulder blades, with many sharing that this area is a common site of fibromyalgia discomfort, often accompanied by neck pain, headaches, and pain radiating down the arms and into the hands. Several members described overlapping conditions that complicate the picture, including spinal osteoarthritis, rotator cuff issues, and costochondritis, with some noting that injuries or surgeries can intensify or trigger similar pain patterns. A recurring theme was the importance of gentle movement and self-care strategies like stretching, slow shoulder circles, trigger point release, massage, physical therapy, and topical remedies such as Tiger Balm to manage the persistent discomfort.

I do sometimes . So bad. Find resting and stretching helps. Relax breathe and push shoulders back as if trying to touch shoulder blades together. Hold for 2 breaths repeat if you want. And slow circles with shoulders . Always slow and discomfort ok but not if it gives you more pain.works for me. Hope part of it works for you.

I've been having pain and pinching there for the past decade and at times it causes me to louse feeling below the neck for a short time and on occasion it will cause me to louse some motor function as well.

But it's not fibro related fully I've got spinal Osteoarthritis with spinal decompression taking place.
