Google "Fibromyalgia DR.'s in Cheyennne Wyoming".it should help you with your info. you need to know.Have you checked your yellow pages under ;Physicians"?A lot of times it is not 1 DR. but a team.But I know in Georgia there is like a million clinics for fibro.
