Inflammation is a big problem for me too. I battle it too and they cannot seem to help me get it under control. Regardless of what I eat, drink or do-its still there. Sorry I don't have an answer to help, but I do understand.

Yes inflammation is considerably higher then normal for me. I had an anti inflammatory gel that worked great.
