I have been dealing with (sorry if it's discusting) so nuch mucous that the coughing is like azma. I have an inhailer and I am reacting to foods, air, everything. It's insain.
I know that thysil helps as a natural remedy. I just wonder, is this the bodies response to years of medication clogging up the liver and kidneys?

Members connected over the shared experience of heightened sensitivity to sounds, smells, lights, and physical symptoms like excessive mucus, with many describing it as sensory overload common in fibromyalgia. Several members shared practical strategies they use to manage symptoms, including Mucinex D for mucus, eucalyptus oil diffusers for congestion, asthma inhalers and antihistamines for respiratory issues, and retreating to quiet, dimly lit spaces when overwhelmed. A recurring theme was the unpredictable nature of sensory triggers, the frustration of abandoning everyday activities like shopping, and the search for answers beyond conventional medicine, including exploring possibilities like leaky gut and immunotherapy.

Loud noises and bright lights affect me a lot when I'm in a flare 🌸

Yeah, sensory overload. I hate the Mall. Yeah, at times I'm fine ,but the overload can happen at any time, any day. Just want to escape the shop. A crowded room with multiple conversations can overload me. And a small crowd at that ! Certain smells, oh, you name it.
