Members shared their positive experiences using CBD from hemp for pain relief, with several describing topical salves made with coconut oil, almond oil, and mint oil that work well for joint pain and headaches. Many members expressed frustration with the high cost of CBD products from dispensaries, noting that a $35 bottle might last only one to two weeks, making it difficult to use consistently. A recurring theme was the tension between finding natural relief that works and facing barriers like expensive pricing or pain management doctors who prohibit CBD use through drug testing.

If you buy it from a "pot shop" it is very expensive. I bought a $35 bottle that only lasts a week to two if you don't use much! If you can find it for cheaper and can use it as it should be used, it can really help not only our Fibro but so much more!
