Members expressed curiosity and interest in learning about kava kava for pain relief, with many noting they had never heard of it before. Several members shared basic information, clarifying that kava kava is a root rather than an herb, often consumed as tea, and primarily used for anxiety and tension rather than direct pain relief. A recurring theme was practical questions about where to purchase it, with suggestions including online retailers and herb shops like Holland and Barrett, as well as related recommendations for valerian root, magnesium, and Tiger Balm available at grocery stores.

It's an herb most people use it as a tea. I read about it on a fibro web site discussing herbs that help with pain.

Valerian root, magnesium and Tiger balm can be bought at the grocery store. Grab NY quilt too, it will help you sleep.
