It took a little while for me to notice this because I didn't air dry my hair in winter months. My hair went from stick straight to naturally curly. Not a tight or kinky curl but a nice beach wave curl. I actually have to blow dry it straight and straight iron it now to straighten it. I have to say since I like curly hair this is the only positive thing I can say about the terrible ailment.
I have a natural curl to my hair so I wouldn't notice , however I have noticed a hair loss
My hair is also naturally curly and like Trish I lose a lot of hair. I can't believe I have any left on my head. I also have hypothyroidism so I'm getting a double whammy with that and the FM.
Since I started taking deployed, my hair has been thinning. I've always had thick wavy hair. My doctors say that I just learn to accept it. I don't want to seem vain, but it's a blow to my femininity. I'm lucky my family accept me just the way I am.
