I have bouts of heart palpitations out of the blue. I can sometimes get a bit or a lot dizzy along with , not always. I know this can go with Fibro.
I also suffer from anxiety. How do other scope ?
Amazingly I have found that food has a lot to do with my anxiety attacks in the past. M S G is the worst aggrivation as well as white refined sugar and flour products. I always read labels before purchasing. Restaurant food is a big problem because much of their products are loaded with msg included in this are fast food French fries etc. When I stopped eating these things my anxiety attacks completely disappeared.

I'm attempting to tag and don't know how. 🤔 Anywho...You are having a very rough time that I can truly relate to. At 70 years old, I have been free of anxiety about a year and nine months. I think it began before or shortly after birth. God set me free with my faith and that of 3 ladies who came to pray for me one night.
Coping prior to deliverance included Clorazepate after Xanax and Valium. I remember my mother giving some of her Valium after I was beyond 18. 30 years ago, biofeedback training proved successful with a psychotherapist where I worked as Word Processor/ Transcriptionist for a children's psychiatric hospital. Music helped a great deal, whatever kind soothes you. I sometimes listen to Douglas Bluefeather and Rak (can't remember the Dutch guy who plays Native American flute.
For the heart palpitations beginning in 1982, I was put on Atenolol and can never stop taking this beta blocker.
As I mentioned in my story, I don't remember not having fibromyalgia symptoms that went undiagnosed until about 10 years ago.
I sure hope and pray you will find what works. It took a long time to muster the fath I needed. Depression was delivered by God about 25-30 years ago. Praying for you. Feel better. ((((hugs))))
Although it can be part of Fibro , I guess this time around it was also due to pneumonia.
So, any time a symptom is worsening , have it checked out.
Haven't had them lately but I have suffered from heart palpitations and heart pain - I do talk to about them to my primary care physician and she always strongly advises me to get to the emergency room if they are after office hours if they occur for up to - well now I forgot how many minutes she said thanks to severe memory loss!!!
