This is really strange but I'm curious to know. Does any of you get really stressed or anxious when crying or even the build up to get to that point? I just feel like I can never fully let it all out and have a good meltdown. Like I'm worried someone will see or something like that. So yeah please help with answering this as I feel like a weirdo right now

Members deeply connected over the shared difficulty of crying freely with fibromyalgia, with many describing feeling self-conscious, embarrassed, or worried about being judged when showing emotion in front of others. Several members offered practical coping strategies including crying in the shower, recording private voice memos to release emotions, trying mindfulness techniques, screaming into pillows, and adopting pets for nonjudgmental companionship. A recurring theme was the importance of allowing emotional release despite childhood conditioning or fear of vulnerability, with members emphasizing that crying is not weakness but a necessary way to process the overwhelming stress, pain, and grief that comes with chronic illness.

Hello my sister and more importantly my Team member! Yes All the time but sometimes I let it out and others I know it's just not the right time. I'am always cry alone I don't feel so bad if it's just me and my creator. LOL But I also believe you need to cry as much as we need to nip it in the but so it doesn't put us in the Deep Dark Hole Cuz if we don't feed it then it can no longer grow
But I too think it's chooseing the right battles and letting go of the rest. May God bless and keep you strong my friend and cradle you when your down
Yes amen Life is an opportunity, benefit from it. Life is beauty, admire it. Life is a dream, realize it. Life is a challenge, meet it. Life is a duty completed it. Life is a game, play it. Life is a promise, fulfill it. Life is sorrow, overcomie it. lLife is a song, sing It.
Hope I've been of some comfort cuz your not alone Much Loves & hugs Dee

I also stress myself out to the point of anxiety and tears!!! I used to cry with my pup, my best friend, but unfortunately I had to send him to the rainbow bridge in July and I miss him everyday!!! I have a very few close friends I can let it all out with but like you, sometimes I just feel stupid cause they have no idea how much we suffer but they are true friends and try to help me through it, even if it's just to lend an ear!! That's why I love this site though, cause we all understand each other and this is a place we can let loose and share anything and everything and nobody judges!!! Please don't ever think you are alone with any of your strange happenings! Like I've said numerous times, I have found out so many things on here that I have and would not have related them to Fibro if it weren't for this site. If you ever truly need to talk and cry and just let it all out, message me and I will give you my number, just to get it off your chest! You will feel so much better or better yet, adopt a puppy!! You will save his or her life and believe me, they will save yours!!!
