Does anyone have any experience trying Tumeric? If so how has it worked for you?

Good for you! I do a combination of real turmeric root, ginger root, orange, lemon and raw or manuka honey. Let it stay in the fridge for two months then start using it as tea. It is great for the whole family specially during cold season.

My rheumatologist said to get a good brand 500mg at least twice a day. Mine is over 500mg but there no adverse effects if you take more than the recommended amount. It also says the capsule can be taken apart and used in a tea. It is at least regulated if you get it in capsule form.

My father just yesterday. He saw an article on pintrest and shared it with me. I guess you can make a paste and add it to your food. Also it can be used with coconut oil. I'm going to try it as it's a natural anti inflammatory. Xx

Tumeric is amazing! I highly recommend it but you have to make sure it doesn't interact with other supps or meds you're taking.

Make sure the Turmeric is mixed with Black Pepper. It will make it more effective so I am told. I will be trying it soon.
