Hello everyone I hope better days come for you all soon. I just want to relay a message. Supplements, vitamins, healthy eating, plenty of water, research your illnesses and everything that has to do with it. Learn the how, why and when so you can make yourself better, healthier, stronger and not rely on medical professionals and medications. This will make a world of difference in your life. The issue if people have insurance they dont want to spend on Vitamins and Supplements, yet we continue to make these drug companies and medical professionals richer. They are so pricey because we allow them to be, its supply and demand. I go to see medical professionals once or twice a year for blood work only. Every chance they get they try to figure out what I did to turn my health around.
The biggest maker of medications, says they dare anyone to boycott them. They wont because half of the people NEED what they provide and the other half are addicted. People need what medical professionals have convinced them they need. My personal experience was, my meds made me worse in fact almost killed me. For every medication you can find an all natural supplement to do the same.
My best to everyone please take care of yourselves.... It's never too late and don't ever give up hope.
OK. I didn't know about the weight gain because I have been taking forziga for my diabetes which has been helping me to lose weight. I hope that I don't put the little bit I lost back on. I hate the side effects of drugs. I think sometimes the cure is worse than the disease.
Gentle hugs.
Take care.
@ CindySue A hundred and fifty thousand people per year die from medications which are taken as directed. Within the first three months of being on meds, I knew something was not right. Doctors insisted it was side effects and soon would pass. By the sixth month I could not walk, I walked fine when I first went to see a doctor.I continued taking medications and here is why,
I trusted the doctors because why wouldn't I. I put my life in the hands of people who took an oath and they did not provide what is implied or promised. Even in my deepest fog, I knew something did not add up and it is very sad that insurance does not cover supplement. Worse is we are so busy trying to make it will paying bills & etc we usually at some point can't afford any extras.
I canceled my cable so I could afford my supplements, now that I am so much better I can support myself again but I never thought twice about my choice to go off meds. People are brain washed by doctors and think when someone like myself comes along, that I don't know what I am talking about. It is a very scary thing when you are any adult age and need someone to help you walk, get dressed, bathe, cook, clean, remember things. So if it can be avoided than I say move forward and do it. Supplements cost money and I spent plenty but it was so worth it because I found how to eliminate so many health issues that I should have never had which were induced by medications doctors gave me. To find out they got paid to do this is sickening. Doctors treat symptoms not the illness so how would you get better?
Well, ladies I agree with everything also I am a huge chocoholic myself and love cheese cake also. Maybe that might have to do with something we ate lacking in our diets, I as told that if you crave something eat it and move on just don't may a daily habit out of it if it is something that we need to watch eating wise. So has far as the sweet thing try to make things in the lowest amount of sugar possible. Gentle hugs.
I am allergic to pecans and walnuts, bananas and kiwi. I used to go see a chiropractor, but it just got too expensive. I have insurance at work, but it only covers $500. I use that up very quickly. I can get another $500 next year. I would like to be able to afford acupuncture. It worked for the pain in my hips. I know what it is like to have to read labels. When I learned that I was diabetic, and started reading the labels, it was eye opening to see how many foods have sugar in them, especially canned food. Fun and games. not.
Take care. Gentle hugs.
