A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Does anyone listen to or know of any good podcasts about living with chronic pain or a chronic illness? Maybe something that's positive and inspirational and maybe has useful tips? I know there's lots of blogs out there but reading them zaps my energy so I'd rather listen to something instead

I have a collection of inspirational, positive and uplifting messages including the ones I've written if you would like them or I could record them and put them in Golden Rule

Research 'Feldencrais'........I think that's how it's spelt. It's an exercise routine you do while listening to some lady, involving the smallest movements you are ever likely to make. Can be very relieving!
