I constantly think someone is knocking on my front door especially if iv got music on or hoover is on x

This could also be tinnitus as I also suffer from ringing in ears, sounding of fire sirens, ambulance sirens, or a f some type. Which I have been informed can be triggered if you are feeling stressed, I notice it mainly at night when I'm in bed sometimes it's so bad it wakes me up.

Yes I agree noise and light are horrifc

I here ringing like a phone. Or the littlest of a sound that most ppl wouldn't pay attention to that drives me crazy

I often hear music especially if there is any water running
It's very distinct like someone has x stero going nearby but when I've checked there isn't
Wierd thing is my now ex had it too and door bells and he doesn't have fibro
