When I was first diagnosed in 1973 itching was one of the worst symptoms...nothing helped. I got bad sores on my head, I took Hydroxyzine (Rx) for years. then pretty suddenly (after probably 15-20 yrs) it got better. I still itch from time to time but not severe. Dr never really had an answer for it. Good Luck!

Both my daughter and I have Fibro, her most recently diagnosed, and she itches all the time. All over her body. Scratch scratch scratch she goes. We have no rhyme nor reason for her itching except Fibro. I tell her to use Hydrocortisone cream. It helps some. I wish you the best of luck. Many hugs.
