@A MyFibroTeam Member Fibromyalgia by David Anthony, Fibromyalgia and Chronic Myofascial Pain: A Survival Manual. Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Treatment by Erica F. Verrillo and Lauren M. Gellman Chronic Fatigue Syndrome by Jesse Stoff M.D. I know you don't have CFS/ME but they are very similar. May be informative. I have both CFS and FMS.

Not explicitly about fibro, but damn close. The Pain Chronicles by Melanie Thurmstrom. She does suffer from chronic pain and I learned a lot from it.

Thank you for the suggestions. I would rather be informed.
I was diagnosed with CFM. But it was less understood by many. And people totally thought I was lazy. I just needed support. But I am past convincing others about how I feel now. @A MyFibroTeam Member take care.
And thank you.
