I'm having muscle spasms in my stomach, knees, and elbows daily. It's not so much painful as it is annoying. And I'm curious about the effectiveness of blue-emu if anyone can tell me about it. I don't want to waste my money on it if it doesn't help.

Members confirmed that daily muscle spasms and twitches in various parts of the body, including arms, legs, face, hips, and even eyelids, are a common and frustrating part of living with fibromyalgia, often accompanied by skin pain afterward. Opinions on Blue-Emu varied widely, with some finding it helpful for daily pain relief in cream, ointment, or spray form, while others reported it didn't work at all or lacked enough active ingredient, with several suggesting pure emu oil or medications like gabapentin, Neurontin, and Robaxin as alternatives. A recurring theme was the importance of trying different remedies to see what works for your own body, the challenge of sorting symptoms across multiple conditions like fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, and thyroid disease, and the emotional and financial strain of managing pain without insurance or adequate medication access.

I would love to take a video of my muscle spasms happening at once. I have them in my eyelids, cheeks and any where else a muscle exists. Then my skin hurts for a long time after they stop. My neurontin has calmed them down a lot. I take Robaxin when they are bad and it helps.

Blue emu didn't help me at all. First, there isn't enough emu oil in it. I use pure emu oil which use to help with pain prior to fibro. Now it just doesn't work either.

However, you should try everything and anything to see if it works for you.

Thank you all for your answers! At least I know I'm not alone with all these crazy ailments. Having Fibro and RA plus thyroid disease, it makes it hard to differentiate what issue goes with which disease. I'm going to try the Blue-Emu as soon as I can get some. I'm really hoping it will help my hands, feet, and neck.
