Fibromyalgia has nothing to do with ur immune system its a nervous system disorder its chronic pain over active nerves but doesnt affect the immune system at all

I have Fibromyalgia and Hashimotos Thyroiditis. Because Hashimotos is an autoimmune disease I wasn't surprised by the Fibromyalgia diagnosis. Fatigue is my biggest issue, I never seem to wake up.
