I got really lucky. The guy I'm working with knows all about fibromyalgia because his wife has it.
I'll try for a little n see how it goes.

A trick I was taught by my step mom who also suffers is using tennis balls to rub on sore muscles it isn't invasive and feels amazing.

Reiki helps a lot , but insurance don't pay for that !! It's hands on healing and no massage or cracking and pulling you ! Google reiki ! Then talk to me about it ! I am a reiki master ! I treat my self every day ! I think that is what helps me so I can work the short amount I do !!

I think that won't work and you'll pay to find out! People tell me I should go for massage, massage HURTS! when I was diagnosed I was told deep tissue massage would help. I told the masseuse & he was shocked, he said deep tissue massage makes the muscles bleed, the have to drill into your muscle, he said I'd be in agony

I used to go for my migraines and he was magical when it came to that but I am concerned more now with my fibromyalgia that I'll end up more hurt then better especially with someone new.
