Anybody use an inversion table and find that it helps? Is it worth an investment?

I'd like one for the stretching as I have Plantar and you have to stretch your calves etc a lot, .
I have an inversion table. It doesn't help with my fibro but I like it anyway. Maybe I was a bat in a different lifetime.
Yes I use one. Being upside down stretches the muscles in a different way which I like
@A MyFibroTeam Member did they say why it was bad? My doctors actually told me the exact opposite. But because the chairs are pretty costly I looked into yoga swings which do almost the exact thing as the chairs but a little better for my situation.
I asked my physical therapist about this. He told me I was not a good candidate for it due to my Fibromyalgia. He said he finds it actually makes people with that illness worse. I wanted to use one for my back but he advised me not to. But everyone is different. I would consult with your physician first to make sure its ok for you to use. We don't want to do anything that will cause us more pain but everything we can to help ease our pain also. Be Blessed Love
