A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Does anyone just randomly loose there balance? I tend to just randomly fall into things or look drunk lol just wondering if it's the fibro or just me lol

Oh, yeah. especially with a fibro fog day. I also lose the grip on things so they drop from my hand. I look like a klutz. I find those symptoms are worse when I have not been getting sleep or am in a flare.

Yes, I have a hard time walking in straight line. Also, stumble and fall. It's no fun and hard to explain to anyone who hasn't experianced it.
