Is anyone taking Turmeric Curcumin Capsules 1000mg?

I hear is very good for the inflammation, let me know if you have seen any improvements, and feel less pain.

Thanks, and gentle hugs.

I've tried them and I did get some relief. However you need to use caution if you have high blood pressure or acid reflux. This medication does not interact well with tumeric. I was only able to take it for two days before I had pretty moderate stomach issues.

I believe that Tumeric helps with inflammation so it helped with my Costochondrits. It did not help with the fibro pain. There are other health benefits as well - I would just make sure you start out with a low dose and then see if you can take a higher dose if you notice a difference in your pain levels.

I took it for 6 months 3x a day. Nothing. So I went back to my Naproxen 800mg 2x day.

I tried it and didn't notice any difference, either. I suppose we're all different in our reactions so it's worth trying. I try to cook with it more these days.

I took Turmeric for like three months when I started this one diet. It didn't help me loose weight like they had said and I didn't notice any difference in my Fibro symptoms either.
