Dont give up before you even start. Start now with your awake time, extend it longer and longer hopefully this will help. Anxiety is a killer, always be hopeful and smile, you will be suprised how much it will help you feel. Even those without fibro fog experience the feeling sometimes. I work as a nurse. Granted it was only 4-5 years of school, i was still working full time and studying full time. Now I work 32 hours a week, typically 8-12 hour days. I'm exhausted but it's doable for me. I just need more recovery time than others do. If it's what you really want, you'll find a way.
