The last couple of times that I've had sex or masturbated I've have bad flare ups the following days. Dies anyone else experience this.? I hope that the flare ups are unrelated.

Members openly shared their experiences with flare-ups following intimacy, with many noting increased pain in the hips, back, and muscles during and after sex, though some weren't sure if the connection was direct or coincidental. Several members offered compassionate advice, including experimenting with more comfortable positions, trying mutual masturbation, prioritizing closeness and cuddling when penetrative sex is too painful, and continuing intimacy in whatever form feels manageable without guilt. A recurring theme was the emotional toll of reduced intimacy on both partners, balanced by encouragement to stay creative, communicate openly, and not let chronic pain steal joy from physical connection.

As my mum used to say "There is more than one way to skin a rabbit" Have fun experimenting with positions that are more comfortable, or even mutual masturbation. Sometimes just a cuddle and closeness is enough, just show your love.

I don't know about this one, but whatever you do don't let this spoil your fun carry on having sex for as long as you can.
