This has been constant in my left arm stemming from my neck to my fingertips. It's like someone is pulling arm down; it also causes a lot of pain and discomfort. I've had an MRI of my cervical & thoracic spine and it's come back clear. Also, EMG/NCS was "normal".

My legs feel like lead weights when I'm climbing the stairs! Can't hold my arms for very long as they feel heavy and weak xx

Yes have that every day. Mostly my legs sucks when climbing stairs or just walking et have to stop dead in tracks et rest like a min or 2 to get moving again. Hope you start feeling better soon. God bless,

I het that alot with all my limbs it feels like ive been working out for days. That heavy feeling even makes me exhausted walking up stairs. It does go away though and only seems to happen during a severe flare up. Hope your better soon.
