I take Lyrica, cymbalta, tramadol, tizanidine, meloxicam along with 4 or 5 other meds from an ENT Dr.
It was working for me for a short time n now I feel like im back at square one. Restless legs, ache all over, extremely fatigue, headaches, hard to get out of bed, tender feet, muscle spasms, etc.
Any recommendations? Or does anyone else take what im taking? N does it work for u!

I agree with the ones here saying that the meds don't work. I have tried 18 different meds. They don't help anything, plus they add more problematic symptoms --
I agree with the liver detox. And the gut detox. Our bodies can be getting toxins through our compromised digestive track. "leaky gut" is one example.
I started going to a functional medicine doctor. They look at the ROOT causes BEHIND the problem, not just try to cover up symptoms. Why is the body trembling? And weak and exhausted? And mental fatigue? For some of us that answer is in the digestive track.

To help pain and fatigue while Dr.'s screw with our lives look to natural medicine. Thyme for fatigue, I'm about to try it, been using Turmeric curcumin $20 for 60 days for pain, it really does help 1000 per day best. I break my pain meds in half and take 4X's a day, and never run out also see the Dr. every 5 weeks so they know I'm not over doing meds so no threat to cut me, Also Ashwagandha for stress brain and immune support, is pretty good.
Also Walgreens often has B1G1 free; so buy then for great deal's.If you need to shed some weight, beside going natual with vegis fruit n meat, no bakery; put one table spoon apple cider vinegar in an eight oz. bottle of water. this seriously curbs your appetite.
Still haven't got the right meds for depression, to help my crying; so I found something Walgreen's carry called "mood up, Stress down" a wellness brand, Its twenty $'s for month supply. Some store don't carry some do but can search or order online. May want to add a little milk thistle to help our liver as these meds can destroy it :( Also take zinc to support your immune system since this preys on it. I hope I have helped some of you! May God ease our pain, give us his joy; heal us, give DR.'s his wisdom on this and find a cure, Amen

I take tizanadine too. It causes fatigue to be worse for a couple/few months until you get used to the medicine. I also believe that it causes me personally more muscle spasms, and muscle spasms are a side effect.
I'm sorry to hear your having trouble like I am. I ache all over, I'm tired all the time, I can't get out of bed, i have headaches and I have tender feet.
I'm also on lyrica. It helps with the tender to the touch from Fibro.
My new rheumy prescribed me belsomra for my sleep because he said I'm not getting deep sleep is why I am tired all the time. It really helped me feel refreshed in the mornings but I found myself having to take at least one nap during the day. My insurance didn't cover belsomra until I try older sleeping medicines so I just started ambein Extended release and it doesn't work very well for me.
I suggests talking to your dr if you have trouble falling asleep or trouble staying asleep.
I hope this helps and I hope you find a good dr to help you get through this.
