Members shared mixed experiences with hemp oil for fibromyalgia pain relief, with some finding modest benefit from hemp seed oil capsules or CBD oil (particularly non-THC versions), while others reported no improvement at all. Several members offered practical guidance, including distinguishing between hemp oil (primarily omega fatty acids) and CBD oil (the cannabinoid believed to help with pain), exploring UK-based suppliers like CBDBROTHERS for higher-quality cannabis-derived CBD products, and understanding that medical marijuana formulations are typically low-THC and high-CBD to avoid intoxication. A recurring theme was frustration over legal barriers in states like South Carolina, hope that advocacy and pending legislation might expand access to medical cannabis for chronic pain conditions including fibromyalgia, and caution about product quality, potential allergens, and the need for careful research before trying any new remedy.

CBD is what you need not the THC which is in weed. CBD is actually legal a. You can buy ecig that contain CBD on the net. The THC because it's a psychedelic drug is what makes it illegal . Have a look on line I was looking to get some. It's expensive thou. Cannabis is great for these conditions and I'm an avid campaigner of getting legal. I went to Amsterdam and it was great lifestyle over there. Do not try Skunk thou it'll be too much for you you don't need too much THC.

@KayPageTussing.
Politics and Pharmaceutical companies.
If Cannabis is legalized in all 50 states.
The pharmaceutical companies know most of us will stop taking their medications and opt for a more natural substance.
Big Pharma has to much to lose and so does the Senators who sit in their pockets.

I have tried Hemp oil. My daughter bought it from the guy she gets her vape stuff from.
It relaxes you without the high.
I liked it ok.
I was told it will not show up in a drug test but I'm not sure.

I have been reading the pro's and con's on ALL these REMEDIES! It is all scary & very concerning to know that there could be things out there, that could give us a bit of an edge off from this pain. But, that is well & fine. What concerns me is...someone like myself that is allergic to a lot of LEGAL drugs, what exactly is in all of these? Just as food, does not tell you everything that is in it, what keeps these REMEDIES from doing the same. Heck, I get a head rush from some off my pain & muscle relaxers, (which I do not like), can u imagine if there is something in the ingredients that would give me a very bad reaction? I would love nothing more to find something that would help ALL of us with this awful pain, muscle aches, and Fibro Fog, but we are just Gineu pigs to these companies. I had really thought about this Hemp Oil, but after reading so much from you all here & things I have found on the internet, NOT SURE~ Wishing you all an easier way of finding what makes you feel better. Just be very careful. Gentle huggs to everyone!!
