I am looking for a diet to help boost energy And ease pain.
One of the best things I did for myself was on the advice of my dr. Drink ONLY water or green tea. That, was the beginning. Green tea doesn't taste too bad chilled. Really good for you. Also Eat clean. If you don't know what the ingredients are or can't pronounce the word ,good indication you probably shouldn't be putting into your body. (Altho some things, like vitamins that aren't bad, they use long words.)
Keep it simple. From scratch is best that you've prepared because you know what goes into it. There was a time it took me all day to make dinner. I mean because I had to do a little thing at a time. The crock pOT became one of my new best friends. And you can go on pinterest or Google crock pot recipes. You'd be surprised what you can make. I've made lasagne and it actually turned out really good. Lots of veggies (organic-if possible) when I cook on a decent day, I make enough to have for a week or stuff you can freeze. It made all the difference. And if you have to eat out, make good choices. Grilled instead of fried. I hope this helps you. Hugs-Em
I eliminated breads etc and dairy - it helped
Deliciously Ella is meant to be pretty good. She had a lot of health problems and was told that she would not be mobile and would be on meds for the rest of her life but now, since she started a vegan diet she is fully mobile and off all meds. Kinda makes you wonder what all this processed crap has in it, when you think of it like that.
We have her books and have made some of the stuff and it's actually pretty good but unfortunately all takes a lot of time and effort and like any healthy diet, can be quite expensive but definitely worth a try.
The natural Nutella spread is amazing!!! Tried and tested.
She also has a website you could check out.
Good luck and best wishes ๐

I absolutely believe that when we eat crappy, we feel crappy. If u put Coke in your gas tank it's going to waste your car. It takes longer for our bodies to break down from a bad diet because our bodies are designed to keep the balance but it can only take repeated damage for so long. I make it my goal to eat, drink and live clean and I feel really good. Sometimes I fall off the wagon and must have those donuts and Cokes but I sure pay the price.
