Has anyone else experienced this ? Is it another symptom of fybro or me ?

Sleep paralysis is actually a natural occurrence and can happen to anyone. When I started having them years ago I read the facts and wasn't scared anymore when I had them. Before that they terrified me.

Yeh i did well before i was diagnosed , its very scarey x

I had them when I was very young but not so much lately. Normally our brain tries to keep us from acting out our dreams (sleep walking). Sleep paralysis is the opposite problem.

Yep in extreme stress I suffered from them
