How Many People Find Chiropractic Care Helps Their Fibro?
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Some Chiropractors say they can help with fibromyalgia pain. I was wondering how many people have tried it and what their results have been.

I tried going to a chiropractor because I have a bad back also but it ended up making the pain worse!

Thanks for all the responses! There are 2 chiropractors in my area that say they can help with fibro. I, personally, doubt it but, I am interested in anything that might help. Today, however, I am purchasing CBD oil to see if that will help! Soft hugs to all!

i am not sure how chiropractors can help with the pain of fibro, they are great at making sure that your body is aligned properly but with regards to the trigger points of fibro i cannot see what they can do to help? what were they stating could help? i have been going to a chiropractor for a long time and he has never mentioned that his service can help with fibro and he knows i have it, and he is a young chiropractor, i will ask him about this, have a great day

I go to chiropractor once a month to help reduce my costochondritis pain. Because FM depletes our dopamine levels by taxing our pain receptors I figure if I can reduce pain in one area it may help overall. I do massages once a month too. I recommend the mild manipulations.
