Does anyone suffer with their Achilles' tendon? Mine gets so tight and feels like it's going to cramp. The pain radiates up my legs. It eases once I've been walking for a while. Going up and down stairs is a pain. If I stop and stand for a few minutes the pain and stiffness returns 😕 my osteopath is fantastic and reckons its part of the FM.x
Omg. My feet always hurt in varying degrees, but after a very hectic workweek recently my left Achilles Tendon is super tight. If feeling like you’re walking on broken glass wasn’t enough, now I’m having issues going down my stairs because my Achilles is sooo tight it feels like it will snap! I’m in school for Accounting Technician due to the fact that I cannot waitress much longer...20 years and now I’m looking forward to office work! I do take CBD oil, and Flexeril on really bad nights...and get my man to massage my feet when he can. I bought a wave/vibration machine. It’s like having a masseuse without being touched! I tend to stand on it and try slowly stretching my Achilles as it shakes, and it helps. I do have Bursitis too. Honestly...what don’t we have?
I suffer horribly with the same things. I am 44 newly diagnosed and can hardly do stairs and some days even walk. At night when I sit down the pain is terrible I jiggle my feet so it won't hurts as bad.
Brilliant something else to add to the list . Mine is crippling when I have rested and then go walking
I get that sciatic nerve that runs from the lower back all the way down my leg and it cramps up I don't like those are very painful but I think that comes from having surgery on my back on my L4 and L5 and I can't do the stairs at all I'm moving to the first floor in August
I feel like that is part of my feet and my calf cramping. I was low on vitamin d and once I stated supplements it helped
