I've been on Lyrics for quite some time now. They recently upped my dosage. I tried ALOT of other pain meds and always come back to Lyrics. It at least dulls the pain down to where it's fairly tolerable, which is more than I can say about the others. Yes, I have gained some weight, but I need to be a little pain free in order to exercise to lose the weight and keep from bjjj

Topamax is mostly used to not get migraines... Not sure how it's helping....
