Help Finding Comments On My Story
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

I read 'how to retrieve comments on ur story', I followed directions and my information page kept sliding back to my profile page. Can anyone help me figure this out please?

U need to access it from a computer. U can't from the app. When ur on ur computer go to ur notifications and click on the notification that someone commented on ur story. It will take u to ur story but scroll down and u should c the comments. Hope that helps.

As for comments on your story, they will first appear in your notifications at the top right of the website or app. The thing that looks like a conversation bubble. If you click it on the app it takes you straight to notifications. If you click it on the website a menu appears from the right of the page and the second thing down is notifications. If you have a lot of them, you scroll down on that menu at the bottom of your notifications is 'See all notifications' click it and it will take you to the page with all of them. You can click them to be taken to the post the person made or hugged or liked. You can also delete them, mark as read, stop following them. You do those things by clicking the little arrow on the right of the notification.
Another way to get to them is to click that same bubble on the website and then click My Profile and when it opens click My updates - this will take you to all your posts, the comments made on them and any posts people have made to you.
From the app you get there by clicking the 3 lines at the top of the app (from the activities page) and then My profile and My updates.
I hope that answered the original issue. If not, let me know what I misunderstood, maybe I can still help.

Now as for who created this site and app, it is a company or group call My Health Teams. They have created several site/apps exactly like this one for people with chronic and invisible illnesses to connect. They actually call this a social network for us to connect and support one another. The have also created Mylupusteam, MS, epilepsy, RA, endometriosis, crohns and colitis, autism, breast cancer, and psoriasis....that I know of. And I am sure they are probably working or or thinking of others to add to the list.

The lady you asked may have been a Ambassador to this site. That really only means she is here to contribute, be welcoming, to steer conversations back to a good place, share their wisdom and so on. It doesn't necessarily mean she knows how to find everything on this site.
As for me, I'm nosy and inquisitive so I look and explore everything to see how it works, who made it work and so on. I'm not an ambassador but I think I do a great job of sharing my own wisdom or rather a better word is research.
Please let me know if I can help with something else. I will certainly try and if I don't know it, I will find it or it doesn't exist lol.

I asked this lady, I can't remember her name, wonder why? Anyway she said she hold a position on this site, can't remember that either but she kinda blew me off about it. I also asked her questions about this site, like how it came to be and who else is reading our posts. I know we as members read each other's posts but somebody started this site and is reading our posts. I just wanted to know what encouraged them or whoever to start this site. I know I think to much sometimes, only when I'am with myself! Lol Did whoever, want to know what fibro people go through? To help? Reach? Or to use our posts to understand more about the disease?? Or maybe just give us a place to express ourselves? Anyway! The lady didn't tell me anything except a different lady sent me a post to reach out to people closer to me. Sooooo, I guess I asked the wrong questions or to many. Just like now!!💜💜💜

Actually notifications can be accessed from both the app and the website. Just like on the website there will be a notifications bubble in the top right of the app and when you have notifications there of comments or other answers it will tell you how many you have, you click it and it goes right to your notifications.
