I've been getting pins and needles on a particular part of my back and now on my leg (left knee/ thigh area). Does anyone get this? Is it a fibro related thing. It only lasts about a minute and doesn't hurt. It's just weird.
(Apologies if I'm doing this all wrong, I don't really understand how to use this app or new phone.

Yes, I get pins and needles if I sit for more than 5-10 minutes. Backs of my legs, feet, arms, hands, front of my right thigh has permanent pins and needles. Believe it is called Paresthesia. Yes it is Fibro related.

oh yeah, it is part of it. I have days that when the water from the shower splashes on my calves it hurts them. I used to get pins and needles and the feeling like something was crawling on me, in my face ncek and back. I see a chiropractor and it doesn't happen anymore.

The knots come and go. Sometimes very painful. Sometimes no pain at all.

Yes. I have pins and needles in my legs and feet. I also have burning on the bottom of my feet. I do not have diabetis. My doctor gave me mirapex, a drug for seizures, that helps the pins and needles but not the burning.
