Well that happens to me too I didn't realize other people dealt with that fluttering heartbeat especially when you lay down at night and try to relax sometimes I could be a really heavy heart beat very fast though

I suffer with that sometimes and it is usually when I lay down at night to go to sleep. It all of a sudden starts beating really fast. I don't like it. I have spoke to my doctor about it. She said that happens sometimes she didn't suggest anything I could do about it. I try and take a deep breath and blow it out slowly to slow it down it usually slows down and only lasts a short time. But like I said I don't like it. It usually comes when I'm overtired I think. Look at what you are doing maybe you are doing too much. If it really is bothering me I get up and it seems to stop when I'm up.

Fibro patients tend to have an accelerated heart rate. But, if you are talking faster than normal it is probably costochondritis. Some people have gone to the ER thinking they are having a heart attack but it turns out it is not a heart attack. After seeing their regular doctor it is determined to be costochondritis. I hope this helps.

Fibro causes costochondritis symptons that make you feel as your heart is gonna beat out of your chest and or can make you feel like you having a heart attack. Hope this helps.
