I do Yoga. It is very beneficial and helps with my knees, legs and back.

I would suggest going to the water and doing Aquafit. At first you can try a stretching class in the water and then progress to doing Aquafit just don't do jumping in the water and if you do just do mild ones. The water always helped me. I even found a class that had Yoga in the water, that was neat and very helpful. Any exercise with stretching helps and even walking will help.

I do a spin class with light weight lifting (low impact) I sometimes do yoga and a always do my circuit class with squats push-ups planks etc Trying to keep my muscles in great shape I just avoid high impact stuff like running and jumping I quit my job in November just to get well by being active in gym and it has helped me get strong but I do still hurt some days but not every day I have pain free days with no fibro fog and feel normal on those days I feel the worst when barometric pressure drops
