What are the benefits of turmeric? Has anyone seen a noticeable difference?

I think it is a natural anti- inflammatory, just like capsisan (sp?) and some other spices that make foods spicy hot. Some are supposed to trigger our own natural pain killers in our body. I'm sorry but i can't take much due to tender tummy so i don't know a lot about them. Take care!! Soft hugs!!

My understanding is it effects your blood pressure as I am on blood pressure tablets but it's supposed to be good for any arthritic condition.
