Recently I have been experiencing this a lot. Especially waking up with it. Annoying pain down my legs. Takes a long time to settle or for me to feel comfortable. Iam getting really frustrated by it. Does anyone else experience it too and what helps.

Members deeply empathized with the frustrating experience of restless leg syndrome, describing sensations ranging from pins and needles to deep bone pain that disrupts sleep and requires constant movement to find relief. Several members found significant help from medications like Mirapex or Requip taken nightly, while others suggested natural approaches including magnesium and calcium supplements, hydrotherapy pools, and frequent stretching and walking. A recurring theme was the trial-and-error nature of finding what works, with some members choosing to go medication-free despite ongoing symptoms while others couldn't function without their prescriptions, underscoring that each person's journey with restless legs is deeply individual.

I too have RLS. It is so annoying. A weird sort of pain. I recently have gone off all my meds to see a change. Nope. Same as when being on them without feeling full of meds all the time. I suggest going med free as I know for me nothing helped. I couldn't handle my life being controlled by meds. Some days I wished I could just be knocked out with the pain I feel everywhere. It defiantly changed my life. I hate feeling this way. I just want it to go away.
