I go to chiropractic
I use a T.E.N.S. unit and heating pad when mine acts up. But I don't have constant pain, mine gets inflamed at random times for no reason, will last a few days and then disappear.
I have it real bad I have a neuro stimulator implant for mine I couldn't walk because of mine...and was able to walk out of the hospital...I know this isn't for everyone...I hope you can find something..Many blessings to you
I found a PT that also does "dry needling" sort of like acupuncture, but it's very different. Between that and the self help he taught me, I'm much better. The RIGHT yoga stretches will help you, I also do massage - I get huge knotted muscles all over. Bad days, I fill the tub with salts (Epsom, Himalayan, oils, etc). I'm blessed enough to have a whirlpool tub. The heat makes a big difference. Lots of hot packs too!
